Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front office duties and patient communications at our practice. You will undergo a four-week training program to succeed in the role and contribute to a welcoming patient experience.

As part of the Patient Experience team, you’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support patients with compassionate service in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion in line with policies and regulations.
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
