Job summary

Aspen Dental Management, Inc. is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team in the United States. You will participate in a four‑week training program to learn routines and expectations, helping you deliver excellent patient service from day one.

You will report to the Manager and be responsible for scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and building trust with patients through orderly, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care while following policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
