Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, build trust with patients, and participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in the role.

You will report to the Manager and support scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and payments while delivering compassionate, high-quality service in a safety-focused environment. This full-time position includes benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
