Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support by greeting patients and managing daily tasks.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Report to Manager and support additional duties as assigned.
