Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll perform daily front office tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and help create a welcoming, trustful patient experience.

You will participate in a four‑week training program and report to the Manager. We offer a strong benefits package, opportunities for growth, and a supportive culture focused on teamwork and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
