Aspen Dental is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator in Aspen, CO. You’ll perform daily front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help create a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
