Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to manage front desk duties, greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and balance daily deposits. You will join a four-week training program to learn Aspen Dental standards and patient experience goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
