Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator, termed Patient Experience Coordinator, to perform daily front office duties and create lasting impressions with patients. You’ll report to the Manager and complete a four-week training program to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and handling payments. This full-time position emphasizes service, accuracy, and teamwork in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks to support patients and staff.
