Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator. You will perform daily front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support patients to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care following patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
