Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and help create lasting impressions with patients. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks, including scheduling, chart organization, and verifying insurance.

You will participate in a four-week training program and receive a comprehensive benefits package, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career development within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
