Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out, schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route inquiries using a multi-line system.
• Collect copays and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics in EPIC.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
