Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team in a patient-centric role. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to learn the workflows and standards that ensure a welcoming patient experience.

As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll report to the Manager and perform daily tasks that build trust and loyalty with patients, from scheduling to verifying insurance and collecting payments, while supporting practice operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
