Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team and help create a welcoming, efficient patient experience. The role includes a four-week training program to ensure success and alignment with our standards.

As part of the Patient Coordinator role, you will report to the Manager, handle scheduling, insurance verification, and payments, and support daily operations with a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
