Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team in delivering exceptional front-office service. You’ll participate in a four‑week training program to succeed in your role and help create lasting impressions and loyalty with patients.

Responsibilities include assisting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing, under the direction of the Manager. A supportive, collaborative culture and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional and ethical mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care as part of front office duties.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
