Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to join our front office team. You will help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients through a four-week training program and daily administrative tasks.

You will coordinate appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, balance deposits, and support managers in delivering exceptional patient service. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive culture designed for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
