Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in delivering exceptional front-office service. You will be part of a four-week training program to help you succeed in the role and support patients with care and efficiency.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, manage schedules, verify insurance, collect payments, and balance deposits to ensure smooth daily operations at our practice.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to ethical standards in patient interactions.
• Open to applicants 18 years and older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, following policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
