Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates closely with clinical teams, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy.
• Explain financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Manage scheduling workflows and verify insurance.
• Support data integrity and HIPAA compliance.
