Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to manage patient intake, verification, and financial clearance with a focus on data integrity and compliant workflows. You will work closely with clinic teams and report to the Clinic Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, EMR proficiency, and knowledge of insurance processes, with a collaborative, patient-centered approach in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service in a high-volume front office.
• Know-how of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience handling patient payments and financial clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet targets.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams on issues.
