Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners seeks a personable Patient Care Associate to join our Waldorf team. You will greet patients, check-in/out, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk duties with exceptional service.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, strong communication and multitasking, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel to Waldorf after training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and over the phone.
• Check-in/out, scheduling, and front-desk tasks.
• Verify information and collect patient charges when applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic administrative duties.
• Support providers by notifying arrivals and coordinating visits.
