Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support delivery of high-quality patient experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using computer software applications (Microsoft Office & EMRs).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk operations and patient flow for the practice.
• Assist patients with billing questions and scheduling needs.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Ensure patient records and paperwork are complete and accurate.
