Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage the front desk and deliver exceptional customer service for patients and clinicians. This role supports operational excellence, billing inquiries, scheduling, and telehealth assistance in a busy Colorado practice.

The position requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and experience in healthcare operations. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with incentive potential; healthcare benefits and 401k are included.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office daily activities for the practice location and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Provide exceptional patient support, including handling inquiries, scheduling, payments, and triage as needed.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to maintain smooth clinic operations and accurate records.
