LifeStance Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage front office daily activities, ensure quality customer service for in-person and telehealth patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable handling sensitive information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and engage clinicians and staff.
• Prepare patient schedules and ensure paperwork, demographics, and chart readiness.
• Manage front desk operations and greet/check patients in/out.
• Assist patients with billing questions and telehealth access.
• Manage queues and ensure timely call answering.
• Coordinate with clinicians regarding patient questions and appointment accuracy.
• Maintain secure, pleasant working environment.
