• Check-in and check-out patients; schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient records in EMR and data entry.
• Verify insurance eligibility; collect payments when due.
• Maintain waiting area; assist patients with questions.
• Support back-office medical assistant tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Practice Manager and staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain strict confidentiality.
