HealthTexas Primary Care Doctors is seeking a dedicated front desk specialist to sustain smooth clinic operations. You will handle patient check-ins, registration, insurance verification, and checkout while contributing to our mission of quality and compassionate care.

The role emphasizes excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on accurate data entry, scheduling, and patient support in a busy healthcare environment.

Competenze

• One year of physician office experience including ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding.
• Knowledge of managed care preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors; check in patients and update medical records.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
• Manage appointment schedules and referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Operate front office equipment and EMR processes.
• Assist patients with Healow, Patient Portal, Formstack, and mobile check-in.
