ChenMed LLC is seeking a Care Facilitator to greet patients, check them in/out, and schedule appointments in our Florida clinic. You will handle basic secretarial tasks and provide exceptional customer service as a patient advocate.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, insurance verification, and coordination with clinicians. Strong English communication and a professional, caring demeanor are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and check-in/out; schedule appointments.
• Maintain lobby organization and cleanliness.
• Manage PCP/Specialist schedules; ensure top patients every 13 days.
• Use EMR and office software to update records and respond to emails.
• Verify insurance and collect copays.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure comfort.
• Communicate with clinical staff; participate in huddles.
• Transmits correspondence; travel up to 10%.
