Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred.
• Spoken and written fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Interact appropriately with patients for check-in and check-out.
• Conduct lobby checks for organization and cleanliness.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for PCP and specialist schedules.
• Utilize computer systems for patient information management.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up and specialist appointment.
