Qualifications

• Two items of essential customer service experience in a clinical setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Familiarity with medical insurance and/or EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in/out, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate PCP and Specialist scheduling, including regular follow-ups.
• Input patient data and manage forms, ensuring accurate records.
