Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and greet patients courteously.
• Prepare schedules and ensure paperwork and demographics are accurate.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments at point of service.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and appointment coordination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
