Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver courteous front-office service and help schedule, verify insurance, and collect payments. You will join a four-week training program and report to the Practice Manager in a patient-centric environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, organizing charts, deposits, and supporting daily front-office operations to create lasting patient impressions and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
