Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and support front-office tasks. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front-office duties, including scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection. We offer a generous benefits package and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform daily front-office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
