Job summary

Aspen Dental seeks a Patient Coordinator to support front office operations and enhance the patient experience. You will report to the Manager and complete daily tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

During a four‑week training, you’ll learn scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection while delivering compassionate service in a fast‑paced dental office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities are required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
