Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks, schedule patient appointments, organize charts, and support patients with care and efficiency. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role, provide superior patient service with compassion, verify insurance, and balance deposits and payments under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily front office support and echo Aspen Dental values.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage calendars.
• Organize patient charts and verify insurance information.
• Collect payments and balance deposits/credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
