Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional front office service, build trust with patients, and help run daily operations at the practice.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance and collect payments, balance deposits, and contribute to a friendly, collaborative culture with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Organized and detail oriented; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
