Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform daily front-office duties and help create positive impressions and loyalty with patients, starting with a four-week training program.

You will provide compassionate patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support the manager with office operations. This role offers growth and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care following patient needs, policies, regulations and standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
