Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front office responsibilities and deliver first-class patient service. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and positive patient impressions.

The role emphasizes scheduling, insurance verification, payment processing, and compassionate patient care in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
