• Experience handling patient interactions in healthcare.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.

• Experience with medical insurance plans (Medicare/Medicaid) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally to deliver a great patient experience.
• Schedule appointments accurately across multiple providers and locations.
• Coordinate patient requests with clinical staff for timely follow-up and resolution.
• Route calls, messages, and requests to the appropriate department.
• Follow provider scheduling templates and appointment guidelines.
• Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EMR.
• Document patient interactions clearly and accurately.
