Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-time experience in a patient-facing role.
• 2 years of full-time work in a high-volume customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients from waiting room to treatment room.
• Document physician dictated patient history and examination findings.
• Verify benefits for in-office procedures and DME.
