Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Raleigh, NC, to ensure every patient’s visit starts smoothly. You will manage scheduling, verify benefits, and coordinate care paths with referrals and radiography teams.

In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact, handling calls, appointments, and insurance inquiries while delivering exceptional service and supporting a fast-paced dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a medical or dental office.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to use EMR software.
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs.

Responsabilités

• Exhibits outstanding customer service with the patient as a top priority.
• Answers the telephone and responds to inquiries, directs callers, or schedules new patients.
• Confirms patients' appointments and provides pre-visit instructions.
• Contacts patients regarding benefits, co-pays, and coverage information for outpatient procedures.
• Coordinates benefit verification and self-pay options for new patients.
• Coordinates with coworkers and offices to verify referrals and radiography.
