You will register patients, schedule visits, check insurance, collect balances, and coordinate communication among patients, referring offices, and clinical staff while upholding HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Register and check in patients with complete paperwork.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
• Collect balances and post payments to accounts.
• Answer and triage incoming calls.
• Coordinate communication between patients, offices, and staff.
• Verify insurance benefits as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Support other administrative duties.
• Optimize patient flow to maximize productivity.
