Job summary

Flagship Specialty Partners in Concord, NC is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure every patient receives outstanding service from first contact through post-visit follow-up. You will be the primary liaison for referrals, coordinate scheduling, verify benefits, and assist with billing questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required, with prior medical/dental office experience.
• Proficiency in accessing, inputting, and retrieving data using computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new software and EMR systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits outstanding customer service with the patient as a top priority.
• Answers the phone, handles inquiries, and schedules new patient appointments.
• Confirms appointments and provides instructions for initial visits.
• Contacts patients about benefits, co-pays, and coverage for procedures.
• Coordinates with payers for information requests.
• Manages benefit verification and self-pay options for new patients.
• Coordinates referrals and radiography with other staff.
