Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a friendly Clinic/Practice Assistant to join our Express Care team in Danvers. You will be the first face patients see, greet and register them, and help coordinate registrations and appointments in a fast-paced setting.

The role supports patient flow, handles calls, verifies information, and collaborates with providers and staff to deliver compassionate care. Onsite, 40 hours per week with day shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years office experience required.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and register patients upon arrival with a friendly, professional check-in.
• Coordinate appointment times over the phone and answer general questions about Express Care services.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance and registration data for accurate records.
• Identify patients needing immediate clinical attention and alert the clinical team per procedures.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff and admin team to support patient flow and daily operations.
• Assist with front desk tasks and patient communications to maintain an organized environment.
