• 0–1 year of healthcare office experience is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming patient experience by greeting patients, answering questions, and assisting with check-in and check-out.
• Keep care organized by scheduling appointments, coordinating patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
• Connect patients with resources by answering calls, routing messages, and helping coordinate requests related to prescriptions, test results, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Support clinic operations by managing documents, processing forms and payments, and maintaining schedules and records.
• Partner with your team to help providers and clinical staff deliver a smooth, coordinated patient experience.
• Assist with specialty-specific needs such as surgical scheduling and other administrative responsibilities, depending on the practice.
