Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our primary care team onsite at 104 Endicott Street, Danvers, MA. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional cross-coverage for other practices in the building. The role combines administrative and clinical duties, including scheduling, check-in/out, patient communications, and basic billing tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CMAA certification preferred.
• 2-3 years office experience required.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and maintain records.
• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer phones and route inquiries; schedule appointments.
• Handle patient billing forms and scans to records.
• Assist with registration and billing systems; cross‑coverage for departments.
