Stanton Optical is hiring a Doctor’s Technician to deliver exceptional patient service at an on-site store location. You will support the clinical services flow, facilitate sales, and help unify retail and clinical teams to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem solving and flexible teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient information, perform pre-tests and basic exams.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards, housekeeping, and timely order delivery.
• Assist in lab area operations, notify on equipment issues, and manage delivery commitments.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
