Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team in Michigan. You will be the first point of contact, creating a positive experience while supporting efficient office operations and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, checking in, verifying insurance, scheduling, answering phones, collecting payments, and supporting MyChart use. Collaboration with clinicians ensures a smooth patient journey.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a medical/physician office or customer service is preferred.
• Course work in insurance/billing or medical practice education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance info.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages appropriately.
• Collect payments and support billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support daily operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff for smooth patient experiences.
