Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and Google Suite knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian or other languages used in communities served.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in and assist patients with required forms.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in the EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments in the EMR.
• Answer and route phone calls; manage outbound calls as needed.
• Handle faxes and maintain cleanliness of Welcome/Community areas.
• Occasional float to other centers in the region.
