LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage front office daily activities at our Smithfield location, delivering quality care to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office daily activities and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.
• Handle scheduling, paperwork, insurance eligibility, and patient portals.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and schedule audits.
• Provide excellent front desk greeting and check-in/out.
• Assist with telehealth access and urgent patient requests.
