Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk daily activities and patient flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service for in-person and telehealth patients.
• Assist with scheduling, billing questions, and patient records.
• Coordinate with clinicians and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal troubleshooting.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and data security in all tasks.
