Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations, check-in/out processes, and patient communications. You will learn about insurance options and coordinate with doctors to ensure a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced clinic.

No optical experience required—training and tools will be provided. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience that is timely and positive.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options during check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments, and assist staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
