Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate front desk duties with a friendly, professional approach.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, reschedules, and same-day fills to optimize schedules.
• Verify insurance and enter demographics accurately in EMR; document charges and payments.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to maintain a positive patient experience.
• Support retention efforts through recalls and follow-up visits when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinical and optical teams for smooth transitions during visits.
• Maintain clean, organized front office and adhere to confidentiality policies.
